All eyes on Oscar

Oscar Pistorius will be looking to win his first gold medal at the Paralympics today in Beijing.

The 'Blade Runner' not only broke the Paralympic record yesterday in his 100m heat but ran his personal best. Pistorius set the pace and could also break the world record when the final takes place just before noon.

The double amputee has two more gold medals on offer in the 200 and 400m races and will want to better his gold and bronze medals he won at the 2004 Athens games.

The modest yet confident Pistorius says the 100m is not his speciality but the guy who wins the 100m is the fastest runner and at the end of the day that is a title he would like to have.
